CONGRATULATION TO 3 POKEMON 2 SADBOYS

May 19, 2015 - SIL Captain's Draft Season 1 concludes after four long weeks. At first, we had 18 + 6 teams participating in our tournament. Plenty dropped but we didn't stop because we want to see success of our epic series.

On May 17, 3 Pokemon 2 Sadboys showed their worthiness as they rise from the lower bracket up to the Grand Final against Trojan Horse Was a Unicorn. In Game 1, we have invited Xyclopz to cast and he humbly accepted our invitation. Even though it was just one game, we still appreciate on his time and cast before he went off to cast for The International 5's Open Qualifiers.

Trojan Horse Was a Unicorn took the first game convincingly but 3 Pokemon 2 Sadboys strikes back with 3 solid games after their defeat in game 1. Final score shows 3 to 1 with 3 Pokemon 2 Sadboys crowned as our very first SIL Captain's Draft Season 1 champion!

Fret not, the other 2 teams that got beaten by 3P2S. You all will be awarded as promised. All the prizes will be distributed as shown below.

On behalf of the SIL committee, we thank every teams for their participation in this much flawed tournament (but we tried our best). We promise to give back more and organise better tournaments in the following seasons. As Season 1 ends here, we will start preparing for the next.
